Where you customer care are following i dont know it is very ridiculous and disgusting part on mobliy this is almost a month since i have created this ticket and nobody came to check the connection replaced the router. My mobily elife is not working router installed last march 16 2014 re install last may 20 2014 new router and new line from the neighbors mobily box may 25 2014 signal was lost alarm light is always on no internet connection till now may28 2014 this is under promotion package i want to de activate we will transfer to a new house mobily acct no.
